I am having difficulty walking and using a walker has proven to be harder every day. I broke down and purchased the mobility scooter so I would be able to go to events without I having to rely on someone else pushing me around. I really love the independence of the mobility scooter. My arms do not get tired from holding myself up like they did when I used the walker. My hand gets tired from holding in the lever when I go forward but it is worth the compromise.

The 4 Wheel Mobility Scooter more than meets our need for use within our house. We have other Scooters we use for outdoors, camping trips and etc. so this review does not address outside use. One important note for the buyer when you receive it. Before removing from the box, (especially when cutting the box open and worse throwing it in the recycle bin) first get the charger and battery and plug it in and make sure it functions per the instructions. Then mount the battery on the scooter and turn in on. If there is a problem indicating no power, contact the service team for resolving the problem. This will save you a major headache (and a lot of tape) to repack it if they tell you to return it. We had to return ours, and great credit to the service contacts to replacing it.

It may not the company’s fault but the Fedex driver was a jerk who didn’t wait until my wife returned from work to check the tricycle. Thanks god I was home but just wanted to make sure that my wife liked it. She was thrilled to take her first ride and was very satisfied with the trike’s performance. We are now happy because of the good price and the quality.

I bought the scooter a few months back and wanted to order a spare charger. I sent them an email but they didn’t reply and I was really mad but realized that it was on Sunday when the company was closed so it made me cool off. When I checked my emails on monday, their reply was right there and the charger showed up at my doorstep on Wednesday! A true One-Stop company. If I can trust them than you can too.

Needed to order an electric trike from mobilityscootrike.com because my father couldn’t move around with his bicycle anymore. It turned out to be a great option because of the trike’s good stability and long range. They shipped it just in time and he’s now living his second childhood 🙂 Customer service was excellent.
